We provide simple solutions for library managements, employee management, expenses management, document management. They are sufficient for basic day to day needs, however deliberately kept simple and straight forward to encourage schools to use these value additions otherwise might not be used. If you will need extensive solution for these, Vedam will work with you either build solution or to integrate market leading silutions.
This optional value added module offers functionality of maintaining inventory of books, and these books can be issues and collected from students with due dates and fines. Libray manger or admin can at any time have view of books given, books available, books due with simple easily understood navigation
This module is useful, if you would like to track all your day-to-day purchases, expenses in a simple journal entry format. This further can be exported for tax purpose is it tracks everything such as date, vendor, purpose, details about the expense/purchase.
This module helps school to organize and keep track of all their assets such as computer/laptops, Printers, Sports equipment, and etc.
We provide way to easily manage all the documents and digital assets on secured cloud location. At this time, we are using AWS S3 for all document storage management. We will be expanding to other cloud solutions in future.
Special needs demand specific product. We believe that the collaboration is key for the completeness. Each school based on its type, size, locality may need to different solutions of different sizes and capabilities. We understand that special needs demands special and niche products and may not be within the scope of Vedam.
